Job Opening: Electronic Security Operations Manager (M/F), Permanent Position, Nord (59)

Reporting to a Branch Manager, you will oversee operational activities throughout the region. You will ensure the successful completion of projects (including technical, quality, and financial oversight) and the effective organization and performance of preventive and corrective maintenance operations. You will be responsible for the operational and economic efficiency of your activities, as well as for the quality of your teams’ work and for managing client communications.

In this context, your main tasks will be as follows:

Manage and unite the team, and be responsible for developing their skills
Organize installation and maintenance activities and approve their schedules
Manage the workload schedule and optimize the organization of teams, assignments, and projects
Ensure that commitments made to customers are fulfilled and that the services provided are of high quality and reliable
Listen to customers' expectations, identify their needs, and propose innovative solutions in collaboration with the Branch Manager
Participate in the validation of technical solutions and evaluate costs and implementation timelines
Report any recurring issues and suggest areas for improvement
Analyze performance and ensure the profitability of your department
Ensure strict compliance with health and safety rules
Provide regular reports to your management

Your assets

With a higher education background, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the field of electronic security or low-voltage power in the broadest sense.

Recognized for your technical expertise and hands-on approach, you are able to oversee installation and maintenance activities on a regional scale.

A born leader, you know how to inspire purpose, drive momentum, and bring your teams together. You are recognized for your leadership, your excellent interpersonal skills, and your team spirit.

Results-oriented and highly comfortable with numbers, you are a recognized manager. In addition, you stand out for your attention to detail, adaptability, and analytical skills.
