Our Expertises & Consulting business provides all the technical skills of Onet Technologies. These services can be provided on the customer's premises or from our design offices.

The Activity Manager (F/H) is responsible for the safety, quality, cost and lead-time performance of his or her area.

He defines the roadmap for his area, setting priorities and objectives, and sizing resources.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering and Services for Dismantling and Waste Treatment, your main responsibilities will be to :

Project management:

You manage the successful execution of projects, anticipate difficulties, and implement corrective actions as needed (REX).

Business development:

You handle commercial prospecting with clients and prospects within your scope, in conjunction with the commercial department.

- You support business managers within your scope on tenders and commercial amendments.

Management:

You ensure the daily management of a team of 10 employees.

You are responsible for their skill development and career management.

Finance:

You participate in the development and monitoring of the budget for your scope and ensure effective risk management.

You manage the performance indicators for your product line and provide monthly reports to management.

Your assets

With a 5-year higher education qualification (engineering school or university equivalent), you have experience in team management and business development in the engineering field (nuclear or industrial sector).

In contact with customers and service providers, this position requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Your commitment, your sense of responsibility and your managerial skills will be essential assets in the performance of your duties.
