Job Opening: Site Manager (M/F) – Permanent Position

You will be responsible for managing teams (between 25 and 35 people) and overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and security requirements and the successful completion of projects.

Your main tasks will be as follows:

Supervise on-site teams;
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and radiation protection regulations;
Foster a positive work environment and team spirit;
Plan and organize work and oversee its daily progress;
Monitor technical feasibility and the progress of operations;
Coordinate any subcontractors;
Propose and implement appropriate technical solutions;
Lead team meetings and manage client relations;
Take the necessary corrective actions to meet established objectives;
Collect information on the progress of various services;

Determine the operational and human resources to be deployed and set priorities.

Your assets

You have extensive experience in management, construction site management, and supervising construction teams in an industrial and/or nuclear environment

You have a good understanding of the specific requirements of nuclear construction sites.

You are known for your interpersonal skills, your ability to work in a team, your sense of responsibility, and your results-oriented approach.
