Job Opening: Contract Manager (M/F), Permanent Position, Val d'Oise (95)

As part of a major public contract awarded by a local government in Val-d'Oise, we are seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the operational and strategic management of the entire project. This position serves as the primary point of contact between our company, the field teams, and the public client.

The scope of the project covers 80 sites of various types (administrative buildings, sports facilities, cultural centers, schools, etc.), requiring rigorous organization, a high degree of responsiveness, and hands-on management of approximately 100 employees. To support them in this role, the Contract Manager relies on two team leaders (on duty from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.) who serve as the operational liaisons in the field.

Your assets

Education and Experience

At least 2 to 5 years of experience in operational management in the waste management sector
Knowledge of the specific characteristics of public procurement (how it works, requirements, indicators)
Knowledge of the fundamentals of the national collective bargaining agreement for the cleaning industry

Technical skills

Proficiency in cleaning techniques
Knowledge of QHSE regulations applicable to the sector
Proficiency in computer software (Excel, Word, etc.)
Ability to read and analyze technical specifications and a DPGF

Natural leadership, a sense of benevolent authority, and teaching skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (teams, clients, management)
Diligence, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a complex environment
