Onet Propreté is looking for a [position] for one of its branches:
Area Manager F/H
Reporting to the Branch Manager and the Operations Manager, you will lead your team to ensure the proper delivery of services and cleaning operations, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of your objectives. You will be in direct contact with your clients and will be required to visit their sites and facilities on a regular basis. Your responsibilities will focus on four main areas:
Management / Operations:
- You supervise at least 40 employees: team leaders and service agents.
- You ensure that your team carries out cleaning services (often on rotating shifts) at your clients' locations,
- You optimize team assignments and schedule planning,
- You ensure the sustainability of the social climate,
- You oversee the organization of construction sites and facilities (staff, work schedules, services, equipment, and products) to ensure the financial profitability of your operations,
- You ensure the proper management of the equipment fleet,
- You carry out checks and ensure compliance with specifications.
- You analyze, review, and summarize site reports with the Operations Manager or Branch Manager,
- You will be responsible for reporting to clients in collaboration with the Operations Manager and the Quality Manager.
Business Development :
- You regularly follow up with the clients in your portfolio,
- You ensure customer satisfaction and manage day-to-day interactions with customers,
- You propose additional and exceptional work,
- You prepare estimates,
Human Resources Management :
- You select and hire staff,
- In collaboration with your agency, you process requests for contracts, amendments, bonuses, and overtime, and forward contract, payroll, and billing-related documents to the administrative departments,
- You complete the weekly time sheets,
- You ensure that staff are trained, authorized, and capable of performing the work.
Quality, Health, Safety and Environment:
- You ensure that QHSE procedures and operating methods are followed.
- You represent the Company in the development of prevention plans and ensure their implementation,
- You monitor security clearances and authorizations,
If you have at least 2 or 3 years' higher education in management, business, administration, technology, hygiene, cleaning or equivalent, and have gained initial successful experience in site supervision and team management, this position may be of interest to you.
Ideally, you will have significant experience in the cleaning sector, but profiles with a background in operational team management in service, industry, logistics, retail or equivalent will also be considered.
You have a managerial temperament, strong organizational, interpersonal and sales skills, and a good command of IT tools.
Versatile, respectful and a team player, you know how to listen and take initiative.
