Onet Propreté is looking for a [position] for its office in the 18th arrondissement of Paris:
Hotel Sector Manager (M/F)
Reporting to the Branch Manager and the Operations Manager, you will lead your team to ensure the proper delivery of services and cleaning, the satisfaction of hotel clients, and the achievement of your objectives. You will be in direct contact with your clients and will be required to visit their sites and facilities on a regular basis. Your responsibilities will focus on four main areas:
Management / Operations:
- You manage several teams of General Managers,
- You ensure that your team carries out cleaning services (often on rotating shifts) at your clients' locations,
- You ensure the sustainability of the social climate,
- You oversee the organization of construction sites and facilities (staff, work schedules, services, equipment, and products) to ensure the financial profitability of your operations,
- You ensure the proper management of the equipment fleet,
- You carry out checks and ensure compliance with specifications.
- You analyze, review, and summarize site reports with the Operations Manager or Branch Manager,
- You will be responsible for reporting to clients in collaboration with the Operations Manager and the Quality Manager.
Business Development :
- You regularly follow up with the clients in your portfolio,
- You ensure customer satisfaction and manage daily interactions with customers.
Human Resources Management :
- You select and hire staff,
- In collaboration with your agency, you process requests for contracts, amendments, bonuses, and overtime, and forward contract, payroll, and billing-related documents to the administrative departments,
- You complete the weekly time sheets,
- You ensure that staff are trained, authorized, and capable of performing the work.
Quality, Health, Safety and Environment:
- You ensure that QHSE procedures and operating methods are followed.
- You monitor security clearances and authorizations,
If you have at least a two- or three-year college degree in management, business, administration, engineering, sanitation, cleaning, or a related field, and have proven experience in supervising construction sites and managing teams, then this position may be of interest to you.
You must have significant experience in the cleaning and hospitality industries; however, candidates with a background in operational team management in the food service, events, or hospitality sectors will also be considered.
You have a managerial temperament, strong organizational, interpersonal and sales skills, and a good command of IT tools.

You should expect to travel regularly within the Paris region (a Class B driver's license is required).
