Job offer Sector Manager (cleaning) F/H CDI Loire Atlantique (44)

Reporting to the Director of the Onet Services Saint-Nazaire branch, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients (primarily school districts and large retail chains) for cleaning and multi-service solutions.

Your missions are as follows:

Management :

Leading the teams and sectors under your responsibility.

Technology:

Organization and management of worksites (personnel, equipment, products, work schedules) to ensure compliance with specifications.

Commercial :

Constant contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction, promotion and quotation of additional and exceptional work.

Management / Administration :

Analysis and summary of site reports with the Agency Manager.

Human resources management :

Management of the recruitment process, personnel administration and agent training, control and management of time and attendance.

Health and safety :

Participation in drawing up prevention plans, monitoring authorizations, compliance with procedures.

Your assets

Two- or three-year post-secondary degree in cleaning or services
Experience in management, construction site supervision, and team leadership, ideally in the service industry
Knowledge of the supermarket sector and/or school districts
Interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach
Sense of responsibility and a focus on results
Decision-making skills
