Offer description

Your mission

 

Based at the Onet Services branch in Vannes (56), you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients for cleaning and multiservice solutions. 

Your missions are as follows :

 

Management :

  • Leading the teams and sectors under your responsibility. 

Technology:

  • Organization and management of worksites (personnel, equipment, products, work schedules) to ensure compliance with specifications.

Commercial :

  • Constant contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction, promotion and quotation of additional and exceptional work.

Management / Administration :

  • Analysis and summary of project progress reports with the Branch Manager.

Human resources management :

  • Management of the recruitment process, personnel administration and agent training, control and management of time and attendance.

Health and safety :

  • Participation in drawing up prevention plans, monitoring authorizations, compliance with procedures.

Your assets

 

  • A two- or three-year post-secondary degree in cleaning or services.
  • Experience in management, construction site supervision, and team leadership, ideally in the service industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • A sense of responsibility and a focus on results.
  • Decision-making skills.
