Reporting to the agency's Agri-food Sites Manager, you will manage and deliver a site in accordance with the specifications and in compliance with the rules and procedures in force. You act as the direct interface with the customer.
Your missions are as follows:
Operation :
- Organize the site in compliance with specifications (personnel, equipment, products, work schedules).
- Ensure and monitor the proper application of cleaning services.
- Ensure compliance with QSE standards and operating procedures.
- Carry out inspections with the support of the branch's QSE Manager.
- Ensure that safety instructions, procedures, work instructions and operating methods are followed, and that PPE is used.
- Monitor your site's operating account and financial indicators.
- Ensure staff training: accreditation and aptitude to perform services.
- Perform weekly check-ins and forward them to the administrative department.
Management :
- Manage the site team.
- Welcoming and integrating new employees.
- Listening to staff to anticipate malfunctions and their solutions.
- Ensure a lasting social climate.
Equipment management and maintenance :
- Manage product, equipment and PPE inventories and distribution.
- Ensure that the materials and equipment used are in good working order and that periodic checks have been carried out.
- Ensure proper maintenance of cleaning machines.
Customer relations :
- Maintain customer relations and satisfaction at all times.
- Manage customer complaints using an IT tool.
