Job Opening: Site Manager (M/F) – Permanent Position

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising operations and services (multi-service and multi-technical) at our client’s site in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.

You will ensure that quality, safety and environmental standards are properly applied, as well as operational imperatives, with the aim of satisfying our customer.

Your responsibilities:

Plan, implement and manage the full range of contract services;
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining service levels and achieving contract objectives (KPIs);
Ensure and manage customer relations by promoting improvement, optimization and contract development;
Directly manage the operational teams (about 30 people) and oversee relationships with subcontractors;
Carry out regular quality controls and monitoring of procedures by site teams;
Be responsible for the financial performance of the area and for administrative follow-up: requests for quotes, creation of purchase orders, invoicing follow-up;
Implement and lead the environmental, health and safety (EHS) policy: draw up prevention plans, carry out operational controls, report accidents and incidents, carry out cause analyses, ensure that all teams are trained, and ensure that equipment is maintained and used in compliance with safety rules;

Your assets

You have a college degree and significant experience as an FM Site Manager (multiservice and, ideally, multi-technical);

You are fluent in English (C1 level required; daily communication in English);

With excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of customer satisfaction, you are driven by a strong culture of operational excellence;

Being close to the field, we also recognize your rigor, responsiveness and managerial skills;

You have strong communication skills, both written and oral, and are able to synthesize information in a clear, structured way.
