Organize and manage the various work sites
Ensure that specifications are properly applied and that QHSE standards are respected
Manage the equipment fleet
Allocate and adapt resources according to workload
Manage and control hourly volumes
Propose and implement improvement and/or corrective actions

Sales:

Monitor contracts
Ensure customer satisfaction
Develop the agency's exceptional and special projects, and prepare estimates

Management and labor relations :

Manage the operations team (200 people)
Ensure the planning of schedules, assignments, and training
Develop good relationships with institutional partners and ensure an excellent social climate

Management:

Carry out operational management and control of salaries/expenses in accordance with the budget
Monitor management and profitability indicators
Analyze, in collaboration with the Agency Director, the site balance sheets

Your assets

You have at least 3 years' experience in operations management, ideally in the waste management sector. Knowledge of the transport sector is a plus.

As an experienced manager, you're a good listener who's close to your colleagues. With excellent adaptability skills, you know how to assert yourself with diplomacy and pedagogy with your teams.

You are autonomous, reactive, proactive and performance-oriented. You also stand out for your analytical and organizational skills.
