Offer description

Your mission

 

 

Reporting to the Sales Department and working as part of the team dedicated to managing our national key account customers, your main tasks will be : 

 


Business development :

 

  • Implement the Key Accounts strategy within its scope.
  • Identify decision-makers, customer issues and get in touch with targeted prospects.
  • Organize responses to consultations, in synergy with the relevant internal departments: Offer & Projects, Agencies, Regional Divisions, etc.
  • Carry out and coordinate the overall response to key account calls for tender, covering the various commercial, technical, legal and financial aspects.
  • Participate in the organization of sales presentations and conduct all phases of negotiation.
  • Provide expertise and support to the regional sales network.

 

 

Portfolio management :

 

  • Define and deploy specific account plans for each customer in the portfolio.
  • Develop sales with account customers (cross-selling, contract amendment/upgrading).
  • Promote commercial relations and develop customer loyalty.
  • Manage customer sales performance (sales, profitability, etc.).
  • Respecting and enforcing bilateral contractual commitments.

 

 

Monitoring and reporting :

 

  • Maintain a commercial watch on products and technical innovations within its scope.
  • Manage activity and quality indicators.
  • Consolidate internal account reporting, in coordination with the regional sales network.
  • Carry out and enforce quality audits on accounts.
  • Manage your business using the Group CRM tool.
Your assets

With a BAC+5 in engineering, business or equivalent, you have at least 5 years' experience in managing major public and private accounts, as well as in selling services. You also have in-depth knowledge of the industrial sector, its operating methods and activities. A well-developed network in this sector would be a valuable asset.

 

You are familiar with decision-making processes in service-related markets such as cleaning and facility management. You know how to build and negotiate commercial proposals based on technical, financial and legal aspects. You are rigorous and have excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in written and spoken English is highly desirable.
