Job offer Key account manager (private security) F/H CDI Bouches du Rhône (13)

Based at the head office in Marseille (Ile-de-France or Lyon) and reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will play an active role in the company's national growth.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Develop new national contracts with major contractors
Deploy and implement an offensive prospecting approach
Responding to calls for tender in synergy with the relevant internal departments
Participate in the organization of presentations and conduct negotiations
Be the main point of contact for customers and prospects, and make regular visits to establish long-term relationships.
Contribute your expertise to the branch network and help run it
Manage sales performance and ensure compliance with objectives in terms of quality, costs and margins
Ensure the quality of the offer and compliance with contractual commercial agreements
Anticipating and planning contract renewals
Ensure regular reporting to your superiors and customers

Your assets

With a higher education background, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role or in operational management, gained in the world of private security.

Sales development and key account management hold no secrets for you. You have strong negotiating skills, tenacity and a flair for results.

You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your creativity, your ability to communicate and your taste for teamwork. You also stand out for your thoroughness, commitment and adaptability.
