Your mission

 

  

 

 

Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students to help them earn their degrees while training them in our fields 

 

Reporting to the Operational Performance Manager, you will contribute to the continuous improvement and transformation of on-site logistics operations, working closely with operational teams, site managers, and support teams.

 

 

In this context, your main responsibilities will focus on the following areas:

 

🔹 Methods & Continuous Improvement

- Help analyze logistics flows and optimize processes


- Contribute to studies on the organization and implementation of activities


- Help implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S)


- Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions


- Help formalize and update standard operating procedures


- Help lead the continuous improvement initiative with the teams

 


🔹 Projects & Operational Innovation

- Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing and transforming logistics operations


- Help roll out innovative solutions (digitalization, tools, organizational changes)


- Support teams in managing change


- Collaborate with internal teams (sites, IT, Operational Excellence)

 


🔹 Performance & Driving Data

- Help develop and monitor performance metrics 


- Help develop dashboards and management tools


- Analyze data and help identify areas for improvement


- Help implement operational action plans

You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in logistics, supply chain management, continuous improvement, or engineering

 

🔹Skills 

 

- A passion for data analysis and digital tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)

- Analytical and critical thinking skills


- Rigorous, organized, and independent
