Job offer Operational Performance Manager F/H CDI Belfort (90)

As an Operational Performance Manager, you will be responsible for a regional area (Burgundy-Franche-Comté and Alsace) that currently comprises six sites across various industries: automotive, chemical, and aerospace. You will report to the multi-site director for your region and work closely with site managers and their operational teams.

In this context, your missions are as follows:

METHODS AND PROCESSES MANAGEMENT

Design of the global supply chain for the company's locations (flow analysis, implementation, organization)

Preliminary studies for new sites

Implement continuous improvement projects within one's area of responsibility (5S)

Manage logistics projects while ensuring compliance with objectives related to safety, quality, cost, deadlines, and personnel

Help develop and implement the operational action plan for the production system

Define processes, identify, quantify, and implement operational improvements within their area of responsibility

Drafts and updates standard operating procedures and work instructions in collaboration with the Q3SE Manager

Lead optimization efforts in collaboration with operational teams

Participate in various meetings with clients within your scope, the agency, and the Operational Excellence Department

Help implement "complex" projects or changes initiated by the client, in collaboration with the Operational Excellence Department

Help implement digital projects aimed at improving the performance of our services, in collaboration with the IT Department
Comply with the Integrated Management System and communicate any necessary changes

PERFORMANCE In collaboration with the operational teams:

Ensure that monitoring and management tools are implemented at all sites within its scope (dashboards, charts, KPIs, etc.)

Analyze trends and performance of KPIs (using 5P, QQOCP, and Ishikawa diagram analysis tools)

Your assets

You have a 5-year degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, production management or operations management.
A specialization in operational excellence or project management is a plus.

You have several years' experience in methods management, continuous improvement or logistics, ideally in an industrial or logistics environment.
You have experience in project management and leading cross-functional workgroups.

You are familiar with continuous improvement tools: 5S, Kaizen, KPI management and analysis, and problem-solving methodologies: 5P, QQOQCP, Ishikawa.

You have a good sense of analysis and the ability to summarize. You have the ability to manage projects and unite teams.
You have good interpersonal skills for interacting with operational teams and customers.
