As QSE Manager, you will be responsible for a regional area (IDF) comprising around ten sites across a variety of industries: transportation, logistics, nuclear, automotive, distribution, aerospace, and chemicals.
In accordance with the strategy defined by the Multi-Site Director and the QSE Director, you will lead the agency’s Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment policy and oversee its implementation.
You will work on the following topics
- Advise and assist branch site managers, with the support of the Q3SE Department.
- Listen to staff in order to anticipate malfunctions, help find solutions, and pass on any information that may be useful for the continuous improvement of working conditions.
- Participate in the management of safety events, liaise between administrative and operational staff and ensure follow-up.
- Advise management on the validation of Prevention Plans
- Monitor HSE indicators and report back to the agency and management
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and that the branch complies with HSE regulatory obligations (authorizations, Single Document, Prevention Plan, PPE, Training, HSE Audit, etc.).
- Draw up agency policy with the Multi-Site Manager in conjunction with the DQ3SE policy
- Ensure document management in accordance with current procedures and process mapping
- Carry out reviews of customer contractual requirements in order to verify the adequacy of operations with respect to the customer's CDC.
- Lead the analysis of malfunctions in collaboration with operational teams via problem-solving groups.
- Ensure that prevention plans, safety instructions, procedures and operating methods are signed, known to all and respected.
- Carry out standards and regulatory audits (sometimes cross-audits), workstation audits or Q3SE services
- Ensure that equipment is properly monitored and complies with regulations
- Within the framework of certifications, you lead the process of
- Organize actions to inform and raise awareness among employees about risks: workplace accidents, road risks, etc., and suggest areas for improvement.
- Monitor clearance, training, authorizations and access rights to the agency's worksites
- Participating in the CSE
- Participate in various bodies, including Copils with the various customers in its scope
- Assist teams with certification processes (e.g., MASE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EN 9120, AEO, CEFRI, etc.)
You have a thorough understanding of QSE standards.
You enjoy field work, going on site, and being in direct contact with operational staff.
You demonstrate autonomy and rigor in the execution of your tasks.
You are known for your ability to work across departments and adapt to different contexts and interlocutors.
Due to the multi-site nature ofthis position, you will need to be able to travel to the various regional sites within the area assigned to you.
The position is ideally available in June.
