Your mission

As part of its digital transformation, Onet is recruiting an HRIS Manager F/H.

 

Based at our Marseille head office (9th arrondissement) and reporting to the Group Human Resources Director, you will actively contribute to the development of the HR digital trajectory, and be in charge of organizing and coordinating all HRIS-related projects in close collaboration with IT teams. You will support the business divisions, HR departments and support teams in the deployment of their projects, while ensuring the harmonization of projects and tools throughout the Group.

 

As such, your main tasks are as follows:

  • Draw up an HRIS map in order to establish a medium- and long-term trajectory to support the digitization of the HR function.
  • Define and manage the roadmap and related projects
  • Act as a link between the HRD's information system requirements and the Information Systems and Digital Department (DSIN).
  • Analyze requirements: prioritize and draw up functional specifications
  • Design and monitor the financial aspects of digital projects and solutions
  • Steering the deployment of HRIS projects: coordinating teams (users, project managers, etc.), coordinating the bodies set up (Project Committee and Steering Committee), defining schedules, preparing acceptance specifications and test cases.
  • Respect and optimize deadlines, quality and costs of implemented solutions
  • Set up organizations and processes for the functional administration of HRIS bricks, and ensure this administration for certain bricks
  • Provide user support (define and run training sessions, write user manuals, monitor new requirements and requested upgrades, etc.).
  • Coordinate, for the HRIS projects under your responsibility, the various teams and departments involved in the projects (MOE, MOA, AMOA and service providers).
  • Supporting change and ensuring communication with HR teams
  • Ensure that programs run smoothly and resolve any problems encountered
Your assets

 

With a higher education background (Master's degree in HR, ESC, engineering school, etc.), you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, acquired in complex environments (large groups, multi-sites, multi-activities, etc.).

 

A true expert in HR and HRIS, you have a perfect command of project management and change management techniques.        

             

A good listener, you have a real ability to target, understand and analyze user needs. You have strong team-working skills, and are able to propose solutions and convince stakeholders to make the right decisions.

 

On the other hand, you are recognized for your communication skills, interpersonal skills, adaptability, rigor and leadership.
