Your responsibilities:
You will join the Operations division, which is at the heart of performance challenges for existing buildings.
Under the guidance of a line manager, you will work on a variety of assignments, such as:
• Analyzing and optimizing the energy and carbon performance of commercial buildings: audits, assessments, building management system studies,
ESG evaluations;
• Participating in the energy monitoring of real estate portfolios and contributing to the implementation of concrete action plans

• Supporting environmental certification processes during operations (HQE Exploitation, BREEAM In-Use,
, etc.);
• Contribute to strategic and regulatory monitoring of technical innovations and industry developments.
These assignments will allow you to gain firsthand insight into the realities of building operations and understand how the energy transition
is implemented on a daily basis.
This internship will give you the opportunity to develop :
• A practical understanding of how buildings operate and perform in real-world settings;
• Skills in analyzing energy and environmental data;
• A comprehensive overview of ESG certification and assessment processes;
• Cross-functional work experience collaborating with experts from diverse backgrounds (technical, environmental, strategic).

Conditions:
• Salary: €1,200 gross/month
