Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, your main responsibilities will be:
◌ Training: You will assist the HR Department with the administrative and logistical management of training initiatives.
Organize training sessions
-Manage schedules, invitations, and sessions
-Reserve rooms and coordinate logistics (reception, equipment, technical requirements)
-Registration monitoring and optimization of session occupancy rates.
Implementation and updating of monitoring dashboards (training KPIs, participation rates, follow-up).
◌ HR Communications: In a second phase, you will be involved in the creation and distribution of communication materials.
-Creating and updating department-specific mailing lists in collaboration with the relevant departments.
-Distributing HR information to site managers, team leaders, and employees (HR news, PPE campaigns, mandatory communications, news briefs, etc.).
-Creating materials: PowerPoint presentations, posters, visuals, etc.
-Managing internal communication channels (Teams, internal social network, intranet, etc.).
-Taking photos and creating short videos to highlight HR initiatives and training
◌ HR Projects: And finally, you will contribute to various emerging HR projects within the company.
-Actively contribute to the University Library’s development projects
-Opportunity to expand responsibilities based on HR initiatives
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources management or business management.
Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and office software (Teams, Outlook, etc.). Computer graphics and video editing skills desirable
