Your responsibilities:
You will join the Technical Project Management team. Under the guidance of a line manager, you will contribute to the design
of buildings on projects aimed at reducing the environmental impact of tomorrow’s large-scale commercial and mixed-use real estate projects, through the following responsibilities:
• Conduct HVAC/thermal design studies throughout all project phases (competition, preliminary design [APS], detailed design [
], final design [APD], tender documents [PRO/DCE], and final acceptance [ACT]): 2D/3D drawings, schematic diagrams, RT calculations, thermal analyses, calculation notes,
analysis of contractor bids, etc.;
• Participate in the construction phase: approval of construction documents, assistance with construction supervision, support for project owners (OPR)
and final acceptance;
• Contribute to developing, internally, a culture of knowledge and foresight (regulatory monitoring
standards, technological innovations, etc.)

Requirements:
• Salary: €1,200 gross/month
