Job Opening: Electronic Security Technician (M/F) – Permanent Position

Onet Security is hiring anElectronic Security Technician (M/F) for its Toulouse office.

As part of your role, you will oversee the installation, commissioning, and proper operation of the equipment installed at our clients’ sites.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Carry out installations according to the instructions in the technical file
Testing installations
Configure installations and perform tune-ups
Carry out and guarantee commissioning
Help customers get to grips with the equipment
Maintain good relations with customers: anticipate expectations, be responsive to requests, ensure the quality and regularity of services produced.
Maintain customer satisfaction by intervening promptly in the event of a system malfunction.
Prevent breakdowns as part of preventive maintenance plans
Report regularly to the manager
Ensure traceability of interventions

Your assets

You hold a recognized degree in security, networking, or home automation, and you have at least two years of experience in a similar position.

You have a good sense of customer service and good interpersonal skills. You enjoy working in a team and want to develop in an environment where innovation is encouraged.
