Onet Security Systèmes is recruiting an Electronic Security Technician F/H for its Paris branch.

As part of your mission, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning and proper operation of equipment installed on our customers' sites. You will be involved in the various phases of deployment or modification of our customers' installations, as well as in preventive and corrective maintenance, always guaranteeing the performance and reliability of the electronic systems deployed.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Carry out installations according to the instructions in the technical file
Testing installations
Configure installations and perform tune-ups
Carry out and guarantee commissioning
Help customers get to grips with the equipment
Maintain good relations with customers: anticipate expectations, be responsive to requests, ensure the quality and regularity of services produced.
Maintain customer satisfaction by intervening promptly in the event of a system malfunction.
Prevent breakdowns as part of preventive maintenance plans
Report regularly to the manager
Ensure traceability of interventions

Your assets

You have a degree or diploma in security, networking or home automation, and at least two years' experience in a similar position.

Organized, rigorous and autonomous, you demonstrate initiative and professionalism in the management of your work.

You have a good sense of customer service and good interpersonal skills. You enjoy working in a team and want to develop in an environment where innovation is encouraged.
