Onet is recruiting an IT Support Technician F/H to strengthen its Helpdesk teams.
Based at our Marseille headquarters (9th arrondissement), you will join a team led by a Helpdesk Coordinator.
In this context, your missions will focus on two areas:

Expertise:
With a higher education in IT, you have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position in a company.
Knowledge of applications and technologies used in the company, and of the main computer languages.
Good knowledge of Windows environments, networks and telephony.
Basic knowledge of topologies, TCP/IP, patching, IP/digital telephony.
You are highly adaptable and analytical, and enjoy working as part of a team. With the desire to guarantee optimal operation for users, you are a good listener, autonomous and a driving force behind proposals.
You have a good command of English (editor support in English).
