20 years of the Disability Act:
Onet pursues its commitment to inclusion
February 11, 2025 marked the 20th anniversary of the law for equal rights and opportunities, participation and citizenship for people with disabilities (also known as the Handicap Law). The adoption of this law laid the foundations for a more inclusive society, by promoting accessibility, education and employment for people with disabilities.
At Onet, this commitment is reflected in concrete, sustainable actions in favor of professional integration and equal opportunities. On this occasion, let's take a look at the initiatives implemented by the Group for greater inclusiveness.
- - Onet
A historic commitment to diversity
A signatory of the Diversity Charter since 2006Onet is committed on a daily basis to promoting access to employment for people who are far removed from the job market, particularly those with disabilities. This commitment is reflected in our awareness-raising, training and support initiatives, which help to create an inclusive working environment.
DuoDay: professional immersion to change attitudes
Since 2019, Onet has been actively participating in DuoDay, a national event dedicated to the professional inclusion of people with disabilities.
The aim?
For one day, pair up an Onet employee with a disabled person. It's an enriching experience that enables employees to discover different professions and skills, create links, deconstruct prejudices and reveal new talents. An unmissable event, Onet teams are mobilizing all over France to welcome and create these duos.

SEEPH: an event to raise awareness and take action
Every year, the Group takes an active part in the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH)an event designed to raise awareness among all employees of the challenges of disability in the workplace. Workshops, conferences, webinars... numerous actions are organized to encourage exchange, remove barriers to employment and promote a more inclusive working environment.
A network of 35 inclusion advisors to provide guidance and support
All companies with at least 250 employees must appoint a disability referentSince 2020, Onet has relied on a network of 35 inclusion referents across France. These local contacts play a key role in supporting employees, managers and the entire internal network in matters relating to disability.
Their missions:
- Inform and raise awareness of disability in the workplace.
- Accompany employees through the process.
- Facilitate exchanges with internal and external disability stakeholders. They liaise with Cap Emploi to facilitate recruitment and any job adjustments required.
- - Participate alongside HR, managers and QSE in job retention studies where necessary.
Thanks to them, Onet is strengthening its ability to integrate and support disabled people in its workforce over the long term.
Socially responsible purchasing
As an extension of its commitment to the disabled, the Group encourages the use of companies in the social and solidarity economy (SSE), notably through its partnerships with the Association des Paralysées de France (APF), or in the field of waste recovery (IT, textiles, etc.). Onet deploys the " The Inclusion market "This enables them to establish direct links with SSE players.By 2024, Onet had 2,500 disabled employees in France. The Group continues to work to build a company where everyone has the support they need to develop.
