Onet reaffirms its commitment to inclusion at SEEPH 2024

Once again this year, Onet took an active part in the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH), held from November 18 to 22, 2024. This event was an opportunity for the Group to reaffirm its commitment to diversity and the inclusion of people of people with disabilities, a commitment enshrined in its Inclusion policy.

A long-standing commitment to diversity

A signatory of the Diversity Charter since 2006, Onet works daily for a more inclusive society. Through concrete actions, the Group strives to promote equal opportunities and access to employment for people who are far from mainstream, especially those with disabilities.

Inclusion through sport


At Onet's head office in Marseille, the Inclusion Department organized a meeting with the association the Avi Sourire, a sports-based integration school for people with disabilities.
Employees took up a fun and immersive challenge: to cover 500 meters on adapted rowing machines, simulating different disability situations such as the absence of sight or leg mobility.

Emmanuelle Mörcha wheelchair tennis athlete sponsored by the Group, was also on hand for the event.

To further raise awareness, employees also attended a screening of the documentary film "Corsicap, the challenge unites usa human and sporting adventure bringing together able-bodied and disabled rowers. The film was shown to all teams in France.

An interactive conference on equal opportunities

For this year's SEEPH, Onet organized a conference on the theme of non-discrimination and disability. Using neuroscience-based approaches, this interactive session gave participants a better understanding of the issues involved in equal opportunities and the fight against discrimination. Employees were able to exchange views, ask questions and take part in quizzes, making the session both instructive and engaging.

Inclusive hiking and awareness of the caregiver role

Onet's Inclusion Referents took part in the 4ᵉ edition of theIRSAM IN MOTIONa hike in Marseille's calanques, in pairs with visually or hearing impaired people.
At the same time, thanks to its partnership with Agefiph, Onet organized an awareness-raising event on the status of caregiver, highlighting the importance of supporting those who accompany disabled people on a daily basis.
