Onet is committed to a transparent and responsible relationship with its customers. As part of this commitment, the Group regularly conducts customer satisfaction surveys. With this in mind, Onet Logistique launched a new survey at the end of 2024 to assess customer satisfaction levels, identify strengths to be maintained and target areas for improvement.

+ More than 8 out of 10 customers satisfied with Onet Logistique's services, including 42% very satisfied.

  • 92% are satisfied with our sales offers, and in particular with their technical relevance.
  • Handling exceptional requests and operational management of teams are strengths emphasized by our customers.
  • Onet Logistique is perceived as an available, responsive company, whose agents' know-how is recognized by our customers.
  • Each barometer is the subject of a concrete action plan to improve the least satisfactory points.



Priority actions to better meet their expectations:

  • optimize our reporting and monitoring documents,
  • communicate more on our innovations and anticipate and advise ever more.
