The Onet Group launches Onederful, its program to accelerate gender equality

On November 25, 2025, the Onet Group unveiled Onederful, its new program dedicated to gender equality, to its employees. This is a structured initiative designed to promote diversity and combat discrimination within the company. Two days later, the Group formalized a partnership with the 1in3Women network, marking a new milestone in its commitment to combating violence against women.

A strategic priority in a fragile global context

For Onet, gender equality is neither a given nor an afterthought: it is one of the pillars of its collective performance. While women's rights remain fragile in many parts of the world, the company intends to play a more active and driving role. The goal is to make Onet a model of true equality, where everyone can flourish and build their desired career path.

Persistent disparities despite a majority of women in the workforce

With women making up 60% of its 80,000 employees, Onet has a high proportion of female staff, but the picture remains mixed: certain jobs remain very gendered, there are not enough women in positions of responsibility, and the company is not immune to societal issues such as gender-based violence.

With the Onederful program, we are taking an essential step forward: making equality a reality for everyone within our Group. Equality is not a distant goal; it is essential for performance, fairness, and cohesion. We refuse to accept gender bias as inevitable, and we want to set an example by creating an environment where every employee can thrive without barriers or prejudice. This is a collective ambition, and it involves the entire company.

A program structured around three key areas

The Onederful program is based on a roadmap structured around three priorities:

  • Ensuring gender diversity throughout the career path: identifying and promoting female talent, ensuring gender diversity in training and recruitment, analyzing and correcting pay gaps.
  • Developing an environment that promotes diversity: preventing and combating inequality, sexism, and violence; training managers; offering whistleblowing mechanisms and concrete solutions for work-life balance.
  • Combating sexist behavior and violence against women: opening up to the outside world, drawing inspiration from best practices, strengthening the protection of our employees, and participating in efforts to raise awareness among everyone.

Quantified commitments to measure progress To ensure these actions are sustainable, the Onet group has set specific objectives:

  • 100% of managers trained in gender stereotypes and non-discrimination
  • 40% of managers will be women by 2030, compared to 30% today.
  • A minimum of one-third of people from the underrepresented gender in recruitment and training starting in 2026

Strengthened governance to steer the program

The rollout of the program will be monitored by a dedicated governance body, bringing together COMEX sponsors, a joint steering committee, and project leaders. The Group emphasizes transparency: results will be published regularly to measure progress and maintain internal engagement.

Towards a model of true equality

With Onederful, the Onet Group has a clear ambition: to make Onet a model of true equality, where every employee has the same opportunity to find their place, flourish, and contribute to collective success.
