Industreet
Onet makes a commitment to young people alongside the TotalEnergies Foundation

At the end of 2020, TotalEnergies Foundation is launching a campus dedicated to the new professions in industry: L'Industreet.

This 100% free training center caters for young people aged 18-25 who are far from employment.

Industreet offers companies in the sector the chance to participate in the creation of a win-win partnership for the industry of the future.

Onet has been involved in social integration projects for many years, and signed a partnership agreement with the association on September 29.

Our commitment to training for all

Convinced by this type of initiative, Onet decided to become a partner of L'Industreet.

Laurence Lelouvier, Group Human Resources Director

It is our responsibility to engage in actions with a strong social and societal impact. Our commitment to inclusion, and in particular to the professional future of young people, is therefore marked by concrete actions. We already put a great deal of energy into supporting and training our employees, but we also want to create partnerships with organizations that help to develop the talents and skills of new generations, who will be able to join us in the Group's various businesses in the future.

It's vital to develop the sector's professions.

We are committed to supporting and encouraging the evolution of the profession. Our aim is to demonstrate that anything is possible in the cleaning sector, and that the industry's training programs can help the men and women who work in the sector to progress. With Industreet, we are aligned with our values and those of the cleaning industry, to offer these young people a career.

The L'Industreet concept

Today, 20% of young people under the age of 25 are unemployed in France. The professional integration of young people is a major economic and social challenge. TotalEnergies Foundation, through L'Industreet, wants to give everyone the chance to train for the jobs of the future and acquire the skills they need to enter the world of work.

This innovative campus aims to promote industry and its professions by attracting and training 400 talented young people a year. Based on an innovative, participative and professionally-oriented teaching approach, learners have access to flexible, personalized training paths, accompanied by a mentor. Industreet gives priority to involving learners in the construction of their apprenticeship (9 to 18 months training).

To achieve this, many of the modules are based on "gamification" of content, making learning more fun and appropriable. Industreet is also 100% free of charge, and has a campus offering free accommodation so that young people from all over France can attend.

Qualifying training for immediate employability

Qualifying training enables you to acquire expertise and new skills. It is aimed at the professional world, enabling L'Industreet's trainees to enter the job market quickly. This notion of "qualifying" is essential, as it also offers security in terms of recognition of the trainees' skills. Indeed, from the start of their professional lives, their qualifications will be recognized at industry level, ensuring a corresponding level of status and remuneration.

Cleanliness, the industry's true value chain

Industreet is offering a "cleaning team leader" qualification, once again placing cleanliness at the heart of the success of complex processes. This qualification is enhanced by additional modules in "robot-assisted multiservice maintenance". As experts in industrial cleaning, we contribute to the safety of people and the sustainability of production facilities. Our procedures, methods and know-how are recognized in this extremely demanding sector. With this in mind, our experts and staff will be running a range of training modules, including an introduction to the cleaning profession and quality processes. They will even be at the heart of the design of the training content, contributing their professional views on the current and evolving profession.

When it comes to integrating disadvantaged groups, our employees are actively involved in a number of initiatives through various partnerships. These include " Nos Quartiers ont du Talent ", which helps young graduates find employment through mentoring, and the "Institut Télémaque", which helps young people from disadvantaged areas gain access to cultural diversity.
