What is Onet University ?
Interview with Martine Baronian, Head of the University
Onet University offers a diverse range of training courses designed to support Group employees in developing their skills and advancing their careers. These certification and degree programs are open to all, regardless of profession, level, or background, and are based on partnerships with recognized schools.
An approach rooted in the Group's history
Onet University was born out of the foundations of internal training, initiated by Mr. Louis Reinier, the grandfather of Émilie de Lombarès, Chairman of the Board Onet . Skills development has always been part of the Group's history, a conviction that is still upheld at the highest level today.
Multiple paths for growth
Today, Onet University enables students to develop managerial and commercial skills.
On the management side, three career paths are offered, enabling employees to progress from operational roles to more strategic positions.
On the commercial side, a dedicated training program is aimed at sales teams and design office staff, with a view to enhancing collective efficiency and sharing a common language.
In 2025, the University took a new step forward with the launch of a University Diploma in Intercultural Management, in collaboration with Aix-Marseille University, a first for the Group.
What makes Onet University unique
Beyond its content, Onet University is a real social ladder and a vehicle for cohesion. Each class is designed to bring together employees from different professions, promoting cross-functional collaboration, experience sharing, and openness. This diversity enriches exchanges and strengthens the sense of belonging to the Group.
Tangible benefits for everyone
For employees, Onet University promotes internal advancement, career development, and enrichment through the sharing of practices between professions.
For the Group, investing in skills development means valuing its human capital, boosting motivation and collective efficiency, and preparing for the future.
The perspective of Martine Baronian, Head of Onet University
What strikes me most is the solidarity among employees, the spirit of promotion that develops very quickly, and the perseverance of those who see things through to the end despite their doubts.
There are also those special moments of intergenerational sharing: employees who find themselves back in the classroom, sometimes alongside their children. This is where the Group's social impact really comes into its own.
