Renewed partnership with KEDGE Business School for commercial excellence training!

One year ago, Onet University launched its "Sales Excellence" training course thanks to a partnership with KEDGE Business School. Today, 168 participants and 78 hours of training have been given, with the aim of strengthening the expertise of the Group's sales force. A challenge successfully met, and one which has led to the renewal of this partnership!

Strengthening the skills of our Group's talents

To the question "What is a customer?", Hippolyte Reinier, one of our Group's founding fathers, replied: " It's the one who gives us a living!

Since 2021, this commitment and these words have illustrated our customer charter. Our sales force reflects this image: close to our customers, expert and mindful of our standards.

With this in mind, and in order to reinforce this culture and in line with management training courses,Onet University has decided to set up a certification and diploma course for the Group's sales staff.

In partnership with KEDGE Business School, France's 9th-ranked business school (according to Figaro Étudiant's Palmarès 2022), our sales teams, under the responsibility of Laurence Lelouvier, Director of Human Resources and CSR, have devised a modular, open-ended, degree-granting training program that reflects our corporate culture. " Certification training contributes to the development of individual and collective performance. They provide employees with the professional recognition they need in an increasingly difficult competitive environment ", Martine Baronian, Head of Onet University.

Through specific modules, our employees have been able to learn about the following topics:

  • Self-knowledge
  • Sales leadership
  • Master the global vision and stages of customer relations
  • Refine your sales approach
  • Formalize the action plan
  • Selling and negotiating
  • Brand strategy and CSR strategy

A hand-in-hand partnership

This course was made possible thanks to a real co-construction between Onet's teams and those of KEDGE Business School. For example, the theoretical modules were developed by KEDGE Business School and co-constructed with our in-house experts to suit our environment.

Specific modules linked to our organization, such as "brand strategy" and "CSR strategy", were carried out mainly by our in-house experts. It enabled us to create a truly customized training program, tailored to our needs. "This renewed partnership with Onet is proof of the strength of our relationship, and contributes to the sharing of practice and experience, at the service of employability. This training program sets us apart, because we have adapted KEDGE Business School's approach to commercial excellence to Onet's needs, as it strives to further develop its level of service. It will help our teams develop the skills they need to support the transformation of the sales profession in the digital age", explains Alexandre de Navailles, Managing Director of KEDGE Business School.

Training our employees for excellence with Onet University

Since 2015, Onet University has reflected our long-standing training policy. Its leitmotif: " growing together and cultivating our benchmark ".

As Martine Baronian, Head of Onet University, points out: "We've always seen training as a strategic investment. It's a strong commitment on the part of our company, as well as a social and societal issue".

In this way, the University enables all its employees, from agents to managers, whatever their profession, to progress within the Group.

It's a strong commitment, made by our management, which is implemented every day by the Human Resources Department: "enabling our employees to grow, develop and improve their performance encourages motivation and loyalty in everyone. This is one of the reasons why we strive to offer appropriate solutions and tools. As Laurence Lelouvier explains, " This agreement with KEDGE Business School is a further guarantee of the quality of the training we provide, and enables us to offer our employees an even better learning experience.

In addition to the Commercial Excellence training course, the partnership will focus on 3 areas:
