Onet trains its employees in intercultural management

In a constantly changing professional world, where cultural diversity and internationalization are redefining work dynamics, training is becoming a strategic lever. Aware of these challenges, Onet has become the first private company to enroll its employees in the new University Diploma (DU) in Intercultural Management offered by Aix-Marseille University.

A committed first class

On April 16, 2025 saw the launch of Onet's first class, made up of 10 employees in managerial positions within the Group - and two free auditors. Through this initiative, Onet is reaffirming its concrete approach to diversity and inclusion, equipping its teams with the skills needed to understand and manage intercultural dynamics within organizations.

The challenges of intercultural management

This course has been designed to respond to the profound changes taking place in the world of work, where the plurality of profiles, backgrounds and cultures has become the norm. It offers a complete course, articulated around six Teaching Units (TU), combining theoretical contributions, case studies and reflections on professional experience, and provides the tools to respond. The course will culminate in a final examination scheduled for September 2025.

Intercultural diversity at the heart of our commitments

Onet reaffirms its ambition to develop the best managerial and social practices, while meeting the challenges posed by interculturality in a constantly changing professional context.

I'm delighted that Onet is the first company to train its employees through this new university degree. Intercultural issues are a daily challenge for our teams. It is therefore essential that they benefit from dedicated training to better understand their management in the context of the cultural plurality that characterizes our Group. Through this training, we will continue to make diversity a strength and an asset, as well as a source of well-being and innovation.
