Management & operations

  • I unite and motivate my employees

  • I plan human resources to ensure day-to-day operations

  • On a daily basis, I ensure compliance with operational targets (qualitative and quantitative) and take corrective action where necessary.

Quality, Safety and Environment

  • I ensure the implementation and application of quality, safety, security and legal rules.
  • I ensure the safety of my employees in all circumstances

Customer relations

  • I am the privileged contact and facilitator for our customer, our employees, and management.

Human resources

  • I help my staff to develop their skills, and conduct annual appraisal interviews.
