My duties and responsibilities
as Operations Manager
Operations : As the Branch Manager's right-hand man, I manage operations at all sites and ensure quality of service.
- I manage a team of operations assistants and site managers, and ensure a good social climate.
- I ensure compliance with specifications and QHSE standards
- I'm the link between management and the field
Sales development: I develop and maintain my customer portfolio
- I am in constant contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- I propose and implement improvement actions
- I develop the agency's exceptional and special work
Financial management: I play an active role in achieving objectives
- I manage operations and control workloads within budget.
- I track management and profitability indicators
- In collaboration with the Branch Manager, I analyze site reports.
