Offer description

Your mission

As part of a replacement and attached to our Onet Accueil agency in Bron, you will join the site of our internationally renowned customer.

In this capacity, your missions are as follows:

Physical reception of visitors and employees on site,
Telephone answering service,
Badge management (creation and issuance of badges),
Make an appointment,
Mailing English/French,
Various administrative tasks,
Meeting room management,
Fleet management/parking,
Inventory management (office supplies, badges, handrails).

Your assets

You have a sense of service and rigor. Politeness and initiative come naturally to you.

You are bilingual in English and French (written, read and spoken).

You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

Experience as a host or hostess in a similar position would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
