Your mission

As a QSE Coordinator, you will work at the heart of operations, directly on-site at our client’s facility—a major player in the aerospace industry—managing logistics for a team of approximately 80 employees.

 

Your missions will be as follows: 

IMPLEMENTATION AND MONITORING OF THE QSE ACTION PLAN

  • Ensure that site non-conformities are addressed within the specified timeframes: safety measures, analysis (5W, 8D, Ishikawa diagram, cause-and-effect diagram, etc.), and corrective action.
  • Develop specific tools (printed materials, training materials, personal protective equipment) for internal departments to facilitate decision-making, ensure traceability, and enhance the reliability of safety procedures
  • Oversee the implementation of the action plan (receiving representatives from auditing or certifying bodies, ensuring site safety, coordinating with external partners: subcontractors, service providers, firefighters)
  • Compile statistical reports, analyze and evaluate the results of the action plan against the objectives established in advance
  • Lead preventive measures to ensure workplace safety and conduct analyses of workplace accidents in collaboration with the Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Committee (CHSCT)
  • Attend CHSCT meetings

 

DEFINITION OF THE QHSE POLICY

  • Set objectives in accordance with the regulatory environment and the guidance provided by senior management
  • Provide operational support to ensure that facilities and processes comply with regulations 
  • Monitor regulatory changes on an ongoing basis 
  • Analyze and summarize legal documents to translate regulations and standards into actionable instructions and steps 
  • Ensure the monitoring and maintenance of QSE certifications (ISO 9001, NF Label, AFNOR, APSAD, MASE, etc.)
  • Measure customer satisfaction and implement appropriate action plans

 

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND ACTION PLANS

  • Establish indicators for 
  • Implement a quality improvement program in collaboration with operational management 
  • Assess risks
  • Make recommendations to various departments regarding workstation design, equipment selection, and the definition of methods and processes
  • Develop an action plan: prevent risky situations, improve existing processes
  • Take into account safety warnings issued by operational staff and conduct investigations following accidents to determine their causes 

 

 

TRAINING AND PREVENTION

  • Design and conduct in-house training sessions to raise awareness among teams about risk prevention
  • Coordinate a network of external partners: occupational health services, DRIRE, DDASS, INRS, etc.
  • Responding to requests from regulatory authorities
  • Host auditing and certification bodies during audits and/or inspection visits
  • Draft requests for approvals and authorizations to be submitted to public agencies
Your assets

You have a degree in quality, safety, and the environment. 

Ideally, you have experience in the aerospace industry. 

 

Your work hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  

 

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
