Job Opening: Assistant Private Security Officer (M/F) – Permanent Position

Reporting to the Department Manager, you will be based in Bois-Colombes and required to travel throughout the country. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

Reporting

- Prepare weekly/monthly/semiannual reports: inspections, action plans, training and occupational safety and health (OSH) reviews.

- Generate monthly national dashboards by site: authorizations, training, accreditations, non-conformities.

Internal Control

- Inspect sites on a monthly basis, or weekly depending on the type of site and the specifications. Assess compliance with guidelines, and conduct audits, penetration tests, and service tests.

- Track non-conformities, action plans, and quality/performance metrics.

Training

- Follow the continuing education plan.

- Conduct initial and periodic assessments (questionnaires/tests), provide refresher training, and ensure training for new hires.

Occupational Health and Safety / Quality / Ethics

- Ensure service quality

- Implementation of safety improvement initiatives: raising awareness, participating in scheduled safety inspections at client sites (participation, analysis of client reports, implementation of corrective actions).

- Prevent workplace accidents, ensure compliance with the client’s policies (occupational safety and health, corporate social responsibility), and oversee the site prevention plan.

Your assets

You must have a valid private security professional license.

You have knowledge and experience in occupational health and safety (OHS) and quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE), as well as familiarity with private security regulations (CNAPS, IGI 1300).

You demonstrate analytical rigor, reporting skills, and the ability to lead training sessions.

You are proficient in office software, SharePoint, and OneNote.

Fluent in French (reading, writing, and speaking).
