Job Opening: Assistant Private Security Officer (M/F) – Permanent Position

Reporting to the Department Manager, you will be based in Bois-Colombes and required to travel throughout the country. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

Reporting

Produce weekly/monthly/biannual reports: controls, action plans, and training/HSE assessments.

Generate national monthly dashboards per site: authorizations, training, accreditations, and non-conformities.

Internal Control

Conduct monthly and/or weekly site inspections based on site typology and specifications. Evaluate adherence to instructions, and perform intrusion/service audits/tests.

Monitor non-conformities, action plans, and quality/performance indicators.

Training

Monitor the continuous training plan.

Conduct initial and periodic evaluations (questionnaires/tests), refresher training, and provide training for new hires.

Occupational Health and Safety / Quality / Ethics

Ensure service quality.

Implement safety improvement actions: awareness campaigns, participation in scheduled client site inspections (involving participation, analysis of client reports, and deployment of corrective actions).

Prevent workplace accidents, ensure compliance with client rules (Occupational Health and Safety, CSR), and manage the site prevention plan.

Your assets

You must have a valid private security professional license.

You have knowledge and experience in occupational health and safety (OHS) and quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE), as well as familiarity with private security regulations (CNAPS, IGI 1300).

You demonstrate analytical rigor, reporting skills, and the ability to lead training sessions.

You are proficient in office software, SharePoint, and OneNote.

Fluent in French (reading, writing, and speaking).
