Your mission

ONET Propreté et Services is hiring a: 


Assistant Site Manager (M/F) 


Reporting to the Site Manager, you will assist the Site Manager in the day-to-day management of the site, handling customer requests, managing teams, and monitoring performance metrics, while ensuring that objectives (customer relations, productivity, quality, safety) are met within your area of responsibility. 
 

What will you accomplish?

-Support the Site Manager in day-to-day operational management by ensuring compliance with contractual terms and contributing to the sale of additional services.  

-Ensure quality control of services by reporting any issues or relevant information to your supervisors. 

-Help manage the website for each service area by taking the initiative and fostering effective communication and teamwork within the team and with other departments and internal and external stakeholders.  

-Ensure compliance with the Group’s best practices, quality standards, and health and safety rules.  

-Work with the Site Manager to oversee personnel administration, staff development, and the creation of work schedules, while anticipating and optimizing the workload.  

-Process orders from the website and manage inventory.  

-Prepare for and participate in various activity reports, site visits, and meetings with teams and/or the client.  

-Take over for the Site Manager when he or she is absent. 

Your assets

You hold a two-year post-secondary degree and have at least 3 years of significant experience in a similar role, supporting a Site or Operations Manager in the operational management of their teams.  

You are flexible, organized, have excellent interpersonal skills, are highly adaptable when faced with the unexpected, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to hands-on work.  

Known for your dynamic and unifying personality, you know how to manage and motivate your teams in a matrix organization. 

Proficiency in written and spoken English would be a real asset for this position.
