Onet Propreté is looking for the following position for our client site in Puteaux (92):
Team leader F/H
Reporting to the Area Manager, your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Supervise service staff and set an example
- Ensure that service personnel are trained, authorized, and qualified to perform the work
- Listen to staff to anticipate problems and find solutions
- Oversee the technical and administrative management of the construction site
- Ensure that safety guidelines, procedures, work instructions, and operating procedures are followed and that PPE is used
- Participate in recruitment efforts
- Welcome new hires and temporary employees
- Perform tasks in accordance with the instructions of your supervisor, and monitor their progress and ensure they are completed properly
- Verify compliance with the specifications
- Ensure that waste is properly sorted and disposed of
- Ensure that there is a constant point of contact with the client and answer the client's questions
- Manage inventory of products and supplies, as well as their distribution
With training in hygiene, cleanliness and the environment (CAP, Bac Pro, BTS, CQP or equivalent), you have initial managerial experience in site management.
Self-taught profiles with experience in a similar position are also considered.
You are recognized for your organizational skills, sense of responsibility and autonomy. Your responsiveness and adaptability will be major assets for your colleagues and customers.
Proficiency with computer software is required.
The workdays and hours are as follows: Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and then from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
