Onet Logistics and Production is hiring a Team Leader (M/F) to manage and lead its operational teams, ensure the quality of services, and guarantee the satisfaction of our client in the airport sector ✈️

Reporting to the Site Manager or Production Manager, you ensure the smooth operation of logistics services and supervise the operations staff under your responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring the quality of the work performed in accordance with procedures and health and safety regulations, and you are responsible for the following key tasks:

Monitoring Logistics Operations

- Organize the arrival and receipt of goods
- Manage storage locations and the storage of goods
- Ensure orders are properly prepared
- Manage the order-picking areas and ensure shipments are made within the specified timeframes
- Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of material-handling equipment and report any malfunctions during its use
- Communicate with supervisors regarding key events during the shift, as well as any issues or difficulties encountered during the shift
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operations (receiving, data entry, labeling, picking, and shipping)

Inventory Management

- Ensure compliance with storage rules
- Help organize inventory counts
- Ensure that inventory is in good condition

Team Management

- Lead a team of 4 to 5 people: plan and organize activities within your scope of responsibility
- Verify staff attendance at the beginning and end of shifts and ensure that time sheets are accurate
- Ensure that tasks assigned to your teams are carried out properly, in accordance with client and Onet procedures
- Be able to carry out these tasks yourself if necessary
- Communicate operational information, procedures, etc., to their teams
- Monitor the service provided, ensuring compliance with QSE (Quality, Safety, and Environment) rules and service quality standards
- Ensure the cleanliness of the preparation, shipping, and storage areas

On a daily basis, you:

- Schedule team assignments and assignments
- Monitor the quality of services provided
- Participate in production meetings and ensure that quality documentation is available
- Analyze any issues and propose improvement measures
- Help maintain a positive work environment and team cohesion

Position available as soon as possible; permanent contract; hours: 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday through Sunday; two days off per week.

You will manage a team during daytime hours at a site that operates on a two-shift schedule. Site hours: 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.

Your assets

You are known for your organizational skills, your natural leadership, and your ability to bring a team together around common goals.

You know how to manage priorities and take the initiative indriving continuous improvement.
You have initial experience managing on-site teams.
You are proficient in the relevant IT tools.
You are familiar with QHSE policies and internal regulations.
You have the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders (team, clients, management).

Experience with training course 11.2.3.10 would be a plus
