HR Project Manager (M/F)
Based within the regional office and working closely with the network of branches in the region, your main responsibilities are as follows:
RECRUITMENT/WORK-STUDY PROGRAMS:
- Gather recruitment needs from the agencies.
- Enter job postings.
- Draft job postings and publish them on the appropriate channels.
- Source candidates and conduct phone interviews.
- Participate in recruitment interviews with the hiring manager.
- Write interview reports.
TRAINING:
- Manage relationships with training organizations and schools.
- Receive training files from the agencies.
- Verify and upload documents to the network.
- Forward files to the training department at headquarters.
- Prepare and manage the Regional Division’s training plan.
- Handle the scheduling and logistics of training sessions.
HR MISCELLANEOUS:
- Prepare contract requests and amendments for the region.
- Create onboarding programs for branch staff and regional management.
- Monitor HR metrics and ensure reporting
- Raise awareness and implement communication initiatives within the branches.
With a degree in human resources, you have proven success in similar roles.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you are attentive to your colleagues and able to adapt to a variety of people.
In addition, you are known for your versatility, your analytical and synthesis skills, your independence, and your responsiveness.
