Job Opening: Process and Operations Technician (M/F) - Permanent Position at the Sogeval/Tricastin Site

You are a hands-on professional at the heart of operations, helping to ensure the facility’s performance while meeting requirements for nuclear safety, security, quality, and environmental protection.

Your responsibilities

As a Process and Operations Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Prepare, organize, and monitor the facility's operations;

Help prepare and coordinate projects related to waste management activities;

Perform operations related to the operation and monitoring of equipment and processes;

Check that the systems are operating properly and identify any malfunctions;

Perform the measurements, inspections, and record-keeping necessary to monitor operations;

Participate in first-level maintenance operations and assist in troubleshooting issues;

Ensure compliance with operating guidelines, procedures, and safety rules;

Ensure the traceability of completed operations and complete the tracking documents;

Participate in the analysis and resolution of operational issues;

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and operating conditions;

Work collaboratively with the operations, maintenance, quality, and safety and security teams;

Take the initiative to optimize the system’s performance and reliability.

Your assets

With a high school diploma or two years of post-secondary education in the fields of industrial engineering, electrical engineering, maintenance, processes, or industrial engineering, you ideally have some initial experience in the operation of an industrial facility.

You enjoy working in the field, are comfortable in demanding industrial environments, and know how to work in accordance with strict procedures and guidelines.

Your attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and ability to work as part of a team will be essential to your success in this position.
Experience in the nuclear sector, waste management, industrial processes, or the operation of a designated industrial facility (ICPE) is a plus.
