Job Opening: Logistics Agent (M/F), Permanent Position, Gironde (33)

Reporting to the Team Leader, the logistics agent performs standard logistics tasks (receiving, shipping, stocking, order fulfillment, inspection, etc.) for all types of products (packaging materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, etc.).

It acts as an intermediary between the various stages of the logistics chain, following procedures and respecting deadlines.

Your tasks :

Receive products and verify that the delivery meets specifications.

Inspect the package's appearance and contents, and express reservations if there are any defects.

Process warehouse receipts and shipments, handle and record inventory movements, and organize and move products on pallet racks.

Pick, prepare, group or ungroup products, and pack orders (packaging, kits, order picking).

Prepare the products for shipment.

Move and deliver products using material-handling equipment in accordance with instructions (forklift, stacker, vehicles, etc.).

Enter data into the various information systems in accordance with established procedures.

Conduct inventory counts and check expiration dates.

Fill out, annotate, file, or submit administrative documents for the company or a client.

Operate self-propelled forklifts.

Follow traffic rules when operating a pallet jack or forklift.

The hours are as follows: 2:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.

Your assets

This position is physically demanding—you will be required to carry packages weighing an average of 4 kg (up to 30 kg).
