Job Opening: Work-Study Program – Cleaning Team Leader (M/F)

Supervise service staff and set an example.
Ensure that service agents are trained, authorized, and qualified to perform the work
Listen to staff to anticipate problems and find solutions
Ensure the technical and administrative management of the construction site
Ensure that safety guidelines, procedures, work instructions, and operating procedures are followed and that PPE is used
Participate in recruitment activities
Welcoming new hires and temporary employees
Perform tasks in accordance with your supervisor’s instructions, and monitor their progress and ensure they are completed successfully
Check compliance with specifications
Ensure that waste is properly sorted and disposed of
Ensure that there is always a point of contact for the client and answer the client's questions
Manage inventory of products and supplies, as well as their distribution
