1 Procurement Assistant (M/F)
Your role: to ensure the reliability and responsiveness of order tracking in collaboration with the procurement manager.
Main tasks:
- Handle disputes related to orders and deliveries
- Verify order acknowledgments
- Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery times
- Manage and place supplier orders as needed
Minimum two years of post-secondary education (business, management, logistics, etc.); entry-level candidates welcome
Or at least one year of experience in procurement
Skills:
- Proficiency in office software (Excel, Outlook, email)
- Comfort with numbers (basic accounting knowledge preferred)
Qualities:
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Responsiveness and ability to prioritize
