- Provide administrative support for operations and assist managers to ensure the effective implementation of internal procedures and contribute to operational excellence;
- Assist the Regional Director in organizing and conducting operational meetings;
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes;
- Receive and process mail;
- Provide physical reception services at the regional facility;
- Manage assets: vehicles, equipment, telephony, real estate, etc.;
- Oversee the administrative and logistical management of staff training;
- Manage the budget for regional needs: orders and deliveries, expense reports, etc.
- Drafting and/or formatting: internal and commercial documents, etc.;
- Be able to adapt your communication style to suit your audience (employees, suppliers, customers, etc.);
- Implementation of measures aimed at the well-being of employees in the region.
- Proficiency in using Windows Office Suite, applications, software, and internal ERP systems;
- Possess a good general knowledge and be comfortable communicating both in writing and orally;
- Ability to manage priorities and demonstrate versatility;
- Take initiatives to facilitate the smooth running of services;
- Develop good interpersonal skills both internally and externally;
- Adapt to specific work rhythms and methods;
- English language skills would be an advantage.
