Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, your responsibilities include the following:
Take stock of the current situation and update the settings for each area
Ensure the proper use of existing order and contract modules and continue user training
Update and implement the dedicated time-tracking tool at each location
Provide support and training to users on how to use the tool across all modules
Coordinate with staffing agencies to collect the validated timesheets
Detect and correct management anomalies
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of analytical data in information systems
Write the requirements specification for needs not addressed by the solution
Monitoring and Oversight of Temporary Staffing Cost Management
Produce the necessary reports for managing costs and human resources
Position based in the Île-de-France region (travel to IDF branch offices required)
You have a two- or three-year degree in business administration, computer science, or operations management, and you have some initial work experience, including internships or work-study programs.
You are meticulous, have a knack for numbers, and possess strong analytical and synthesis skills. You are known for your ability to work well in a team and for your interpersonal skills.
You are proficient in Excel and have a good understanding of computer software. You are able to work completely independently and adapt quickly to a variety of tasks.
