Reporting to the Administrative Center Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:
Purchasing Accounting Management:
To ensure compliance with the Group's accounting and management regulations, thereby guaranteeing the integrity of agency account closings.
. Verify vendor accounting documentation.
. Input and allocation of vendor invoices and expense reports to appropriate expense accounts.
. Monitoring and analysis of vendor accounts.
. Manage vendor disputes and follow-ups.
. Track accrued expenses (FAP) and provisions.
. Monitor budgeted expenditures.
. Processing and tracking of fixed assets.
. Participate in the statutory audit of accounts.
. Participate in budget preparation and reforecasting.
. Collaborate with the central procurement department (identifying more competitive suppliers, negotiating payment terms, etc.).
Administrative management :
. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of analytical data within information systems.
. Monitoring and control of general overheads.
. Oversight and verification of vehicle fleets, IT infrastructure, and telecommunications assets.
. Processing of supply requisitions.
. Participate in ad hoc projects for dematerialization and IT system improvement.
Nationwide position with no travel required
You have a two- or three-year degree in accounting and management and have some initial work experience, including internships or work-study programs.
You are meticulous, have a knack for numbers, and possess strong analytical and synthesis skills. You are known for your ability to work well in a team and for your interpersonal skills.
You are proficient in accounting and have a good understanding of computer software. You are able to work completely independently and adapt quickly to a variety of tasks.
