Your mission

As part of our ISO 27001 certification process, we are seeking a QSE Assistant to support the implementation of this standard within our organization. The assignment is expected to last a minimum of 6 months and may extend up to one year.

 

Reporting to the QSE Manager, you will work closely with the DQ3SER department as well as with a project team dedicated to this certification.

 

Your main tasks will be as follows:

 

Contribute to the implementation of the ISO 27001 standard

  • Help prepare the documentation required for certification
  • Help integrate ISO 27001 requirements into the existing management system
  • Monitor and update documents related to certification

 

Contribute to continuous improvement and the management system

  • Analyze existing processes and propose areas for improvement
  • Suggest corrective and preventive actions to optimize internal processes

  • Participate in internal audits and identify areas for improvement

  • Collect, analyze, monitor, and assist in monitoring quality and safety indicators
  • Help structure and optimize the document management system

 

Help implement and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS)

  • Draft, update, and distribute quality procedures and documents
  • Help prepare for and follow up on internal and external audits related to certification and quality
  • Ensure compliance with QMS-related standards and regulations

 

Fostering a safety culture within the group

  • Participate in raising awareness and training employees in good safety practices
  • Contribute to internal communication on occupational risks and prevention
  • Help organize preventive actions and safety campaigns

 

 

  

 

 

Your assets

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quality, safety, environment, or risk management

 

Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office

 

Qualities: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and organizational skills, reliability, discretion, confidentiality, responsiveness, ability to manage priorities, and proactivity.

 

Duration of the assignment: The assignment is scheduled to last a minimum of 6 months and may extend up to one year.

 

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
