Your mission

Onet Security Accueil is hiring an HR Specialist (M/F) for its IDF Regional Division under a permanent contract. 

Based in Maisons-Alfort (94), you will oversee all HR functions for a workforce of over 2,000 employees across the following business units: security, reception, and events.

 

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

 

Disciplinary:

  • Assist agencies in ensuring the security of disciplinary procedures and files
  • Assist agencies in drafting penalty notices in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular legal monitoring of developments in labor law and disciplinary law
  • Analyze disciplinary trends by agency and propose preventive action plans

Litigation:

  • Open new litigation cases with the attorneys and monitor their progress: documents, reviewing legal briefs, reverse scheduling, etc.
  • Handle reporting in LegalSuite
  • Meet with the HR Manager or a member of the agency at the BCO regarding the identified cases 
  • Analyze court rulings and draw lessons from them to ensure best practices in the future
  • Develop and update a litigation dashboard (costs, timelines, outcomes)
  • Coordinate with the Legal, HR, and Finance departments regarding risk provisions

Regional HR Support: 

  • Provide HR support to the administrative departments of the branches
  • Monitor best practices in HR within the Paris metropolitan area

HR Development:

  • Track and analyze HR metrics and reporting for the Paris region
  • Participate in and facilitate HR working groups or workshops in the Paris region
  • Design and implement HR communications for the Paris region (content creation, newsletters, etc.)
  • Monitor and drive annual campaigns: the Avenir Act, annual reviews, work-study programs, bonuses, employee mobility, committees, inclusion, employee engagement, workplace equality…
Your assets

You hold a degree in human resources or labor law and have at least two years of experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a multi-site environment.

You are known for your versatility, your analytical and synthesis skills, your independence, and your responsiveness.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you are attentive to your colleagues and able to adapt to a variety of people.

Your proficiency with computer tools and your writing skills are well established.
