Job Opening: QSE/Q3SER Assistant (M/F) – Work-Study Program, Paris (75)

Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students, helping them to obtain their diplomas while training them in our professions.

Based at our Paris hospitality office, and reporting to and working closely with the Office Manager.

Your role will be to train as a QSE Assistant (M/F).

In this role, your main responsibilities are:
· Implementing and monitoring QSE procedures
· Analyzing incidents, near misses, and accidents
· Participating in risk analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement
· Proposing and planning action plans
· Monitor HSE indicators
· Ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal safety requirements
· Manage and control quality-related data
· Organize information and awareness campaigns for employees regarding risks

Your assets

You are preparing a Bac +2 (BTS type) to Bac +3 (Licence professionnelle type) diploma as part of an apprenticeship or professionalization contract.

You are rigorous and organized, and can handle several tasks at once.

You have a strong taste for working in the field and as part of a team. You are convincing and diplomatic.

The job requires a good command of computers and office software (Pack Office).
